About Our Process
When you book my services, you are not getting a pre-packed kit from a warehouse. I personally arrive at your venue hours before the event to assemble every element from scratch. This allows me to adjust the balloon arch height, garland placement, and backdrop framing on the spot based on your actual room layout, not just the plan we discussed.
From Consultation to Celebration
My process is simple because I believe in direct communication. Whether you are planning a kid's birthday party or a traditional naming ceremony, we start by discussing exactly what you need. You tell me your theme, like a jungle safari or a Cocomelon setup, and I look at the photos of your venue to tell you what is physically possible.
The Setup Reality
I treat every setup as if it were for my own family. My process involves:
- Site Preparation: If you book a package, I arrive 2 to 4 hours early depending on the complexity of the decor. This time is used to secure backdrops safely and manage the wiring for neon signs or marquee lights.
- Hand-Crafting: I do not rely on pre-made, mass-produced arches. Every organic balloon garland is twisted and tied by hand on-site. This ensures the balloons fit the specific corners and pillars of your room, giving it a custom look.
- Space Management: Sometimes, clients want large props like animal statues or heavy furniture in small rooms. I will always tell you upfront if a setup will clutter your space. I would rather give you honest advice than show up and find out the decor does not fit your venue floor plan.
After the Party
My work does not just stop at the setup. For most packages, I explain exactly how the dismantling works so you are not left guessing. If you have any specific requirements—like wanting to keep certain props or needing a faster cleanup due to venue restrictions—let me know when we finalize the booking. I work with you to make the process smooth from start to finish.
