About Pre-Wedding Shoots
Outdoor shoots present a unique challenge: humidity, sweat, and bright natural light can easily ruin a makeup look. Because we are Clinical Aestheticians, we don't just apply makeup; we focus on 'clinical priming' to balance your skin's moisture levels before we even start. This ensures that when you're posing for hours in different weather conditions, your base remains intact and sweat-resistant, so you can focus on the moment instead of your reflection.
Photography makeup is fundamentally different from event makeup. While a party look is designed for dim lighting and movement, a pre-wedding look is designed for the camera lens. Our approach focuses on high-definition foundations and skin-finish techniques that prevent 'flashback' or ghosting in high-res photos.
We structure our sessions around the reality of your shoot:
- Weather-Proofing: We use heavy-duty setting sprays and sweat-control primers specifically selected to handle Bengaluru's climate, whether you are shooting in a park or an outdoor estate.
- Versatile Transitions: If you are planning multiple outfits—perhaps moving from a heavy traditional silk saree to a sleek western gown—we ensure the hair and makeup are structured to withstand these changes without looking messy.
- Body & Skin Prep: We treat the skin as a canvas. This involves deep hydration to prevent dry patches under harsh sunlight and body illuminators to ensure your skin tone matches your face in every frame.
Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. When you look in the mirror, we want you to think, 'tumba chennagide' (it is very nice). We handle the technical side of the makeup, the pin-securing for heavy drapes, and the flyaway control for your hair, so you can just enjoy the shoot.
