Robotics & AI Maker Labs in HSR Layout
Get your hands on real-world robotics and AI systems. We skip the theory lectures to focus on actual hardware like Unitree robot dogs and industrial arms, powered by NVIDIA GPU workstations right here in HSR Layout.
This is what we mean by Physical AI. We're teaching robots to perform real-world tasks in everyday environments, like this robotic arm being trained for kitchen assistance. Our workshops show you how to build and program systems that can see, understand, and interact with the world around them.
Our workshops create a collaborative, hands-on environment where you can work with a team to build and program robots. Here, you'll get to use industry-grade tools and learn from peers, turning complex AI concepts into working prototypes.
This poster highlights the advanced systems you'll work with in our Physical AI workshop, including humanoid robots and quadrupeds like the Unitree dog. We dive deep into simulation and control using tools like NVIDIA Isaac Sim and ROS 2.
A glimpse into one of our live RoboExpos. Here, our instructor demonstrates the precision of a robotic arm to an engaged audience of all ages. These events are a great way for the community to see our technology up close.
Every complex robot starts with the fundamentals. This video shows a simple fire detection alarm being built on a breadboard, a core skill you'll learn in our introductory sessions. We believe in building knowledge from the ground up.
We work directly with businesses to upskill their teams in robotics and AI. This image represents our corporate training programs, where we bring the hardware and expertise to your workplace, preparing your employees for the future of automation.
About Featured
Forget theory-heavy lectures or simulation-only courses. Here, you get actual time with industrial robotic arms and quadrupeds. We provide the NVIDIA GPU workstations and the hardware in our HSR Layout lab, so you just need to show up ready to code and build systems that interact with the physical world.
We build a community of makers who want to move beyond screen-based AI. The goal of our labs is to help you master Physical AI, where your code directly controls motors, sensors, and actuators. Whether you are a final-year engineering student or a professional looking to upskill, you get the same access to industry-grade tools.
What You Will Master
- Hardware Control: Move beyond block-based coding. We dive deep into ROS 2, Python, and Large Language Model (LLM) integration for hardware control.
- Simulation: Use NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab to build digital twins before deploying code to real robotic arms and the Unitree quadruped dogs in our lab.
- Autonomy: Work on vision-language-action models, training your own autonomous systems and navigation logic.
Choose Your Level
We structure our time based on how deep you want to go. Our 5-day Physical AI Bootcamp is a 30-hour intensive experience with 1:1 mentorship, perfect if you want to build a portfolio project. For those just starting, our 1-day AI Starter Experience offers a guided walkthrough of sensor logic and lab tech without the deep coding commitment. We also run 2-day VLA workshops focusing specifically on autonomous vehicle simulation and prompt engineering for hardware.
All workshops take place at our HSR Layout Maker Lab. You do not need to bring a personal laptop or hardware, as we provide all necessary compute resources and robot kits on-site.
