Ever wonder what a session at Soul Piano Studio actually feels like? We blend structured technique with creative exploration to help you find your rhythm—no stress, just progress.

This series gives you a peek into a typical lesson at my studio, where we blend structure with soul. Every class is designed to be a balanced and engaging experience from the first note to the last.

We always start with a 5-minute warm-up. Simple finger drills and rhythm games help students get focused, settle their minds, and prepare their bodies to enter a state of musical flow.

The next 20 to 30 minutes are for core practice. This is where we work on posture, technique, and breaking down songs. It is a focused time where technical skill meets artistic expression.

The final 10 to 15 minutes are for creative time. This is where confidence truly blooms through musical games, improvisation, or simply playing favorite tunes. It ensures every lesson ends on a high note of joy and self-expression.

Every lesson is a step forward, building both skills and joy. This is the promise of my studio. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to book a class and experience it for yourself.

Here is a look at a real lesson in progress. I guide my students through the basics, like learning notes on a whiteboard, and then help them apply it directly on the piano. It is a hands-on, guided process.

From basics to mastery, this video shows the arc of a musical journey. We start with foundational concepts and build up to moments of achievement, like receiving a certificate for all the hard work.

About A Glimpse Into Our Lessons

Every session at my studio follows a rhythm we have refined over thousands of classes: five minutes of focused warm-ups to get you in the zone, twenty minutes of technical work like posture and breath control, and the final stretch dedicated to creative play. Whether we are working on Bollywood ballads or Western pop, this structure ensures you leave the piano feeling more capable and confident than when you walked in.
