I work with educators and students to build the foundational soft skills necessary for professional success. Through practical workshops on body language and etiquette, I help you prepare the next generation to show up with confidence.

Receiving a token of appreciation after my session at BGS National Public School. It was a humbling and rewarding experience to contribute to the professional development of the school's faculty.

I was deeply honored to be invited as the Chief Guest for the valedictory function at St. Dominic Savio School. Addressing young minds and celebrating their achievements is always a privilege.

I’ve always been passionate about training students, as this is where they build the foundation for their future. Here, I am facilitating a session on presentation skills for 10th-grade students at St. Dominic Savio school.

Discussing the nuances of digital etiquette with students. In today's world, understanding how to communicate professionally online is just as important as face-to-face interaction.

This clip shows a segment of my body language training for students. I explain how simple gestures, like crossed arms, can send unintended signals of defensiveness or nervousness.

About Training for Educational Institutions

Students rarely get taught that body language, eye contact, and email etiquette are just as vital to their future as their academic grades. In my workshops, I move past theory to help them practice a firm handshake and decode non-verbal signals, ensuring they feel fully equipped for the transition from classrooms to professional environments.

Often, the gap between a talented student and a successful professional is not knowledge, but presence. I have designed these modules to bridge that gap by addressing the specific, often overlooked, nuances of self-presentation and communication.

For Students

My sessions for students focus on the 'hidden curriculum' of the professional world. We cover:

  • Body Language: I demonstrate how simple changes in posture or avoiding defensive gestures can alter how others perceive your readiness and confidence.
  • Digital Etiquette: In an increasingly online world, I teach students how to draft professional emails and maintain a respectful digital presence, skills that are rarely taught in the classroom but immediately noticed by recruiters.
  • First Impressions: We practice the fundamentals of introductions, including the professional handshake and maintaining eye contact, making these nervous moments feel natural and comfortable.

For Educators

My work with teachers, such as my sessions for BGS National Public School, focuses on the role of the educator as a role model. Teachers set the tone for the environment. When educators embody professional presence and mindful communication, they naturally cultivate those same qualities in their students. I facilitate these sessions to help faculty members feel confident in their leadership roles, improve their presentation skills for parent-teacher interactions, and refine their overall professional image.

My Approach

Whether I am working with 10th-grade students or a full faculty, my methodology remains practical and interactive. I avoid long lectures in favor of role-plays, live demonstrations, and Q&A segments. My goal is not just to instruct, but to provide tools that participants can apply the very next day. I travel across Bengaluru and India to conduct these sessions, and I tailor the content to the specific needs and goals of your institution.
