Day one of a challenging and rewarding training for art curators. We focused on the ABCs of presence: Appearance, Body Language, and Communication. This clip shows the start of our session on building credibility through effective introductions.
Day two of our intensive training session was filled with energy and practical learning. Here you can see us diving into the nuances of paralanguage, which includes tone, pitch, and pace of speech, to help participants communicate with greater impact.
