My Story
Hey, I’m Sonia. My own battles with self-image shaped what I do now. I used to think I wasn’t enough, especially as a teen - lots of overthinking, trust me. But helping clients, like one with a cleft palate, made me realise it’s about inner change, not just looks. The pandemic flipped everything, made me go digital. I follow Buddhist philosophy, keep hope alive, and believe everyone can transform. Resilience is my jam.
