About Spiritual & Sacred Art
When I create sacred art, I am not just painting a wall; I am crafting a focal point for your meditation or daily prayer. For my 3D Ganesha or Buddha sculptures, I use a fibre casting process that creates real depth, ensuring these figures look alive. Whether it is an intricate Kalamkari motif for your pooja niches or a large-scale meditative Buddha, I handle the design from the initial sketch to the final varnish coat, so you get a truly personal piece.
Every space has a different energy, and my job is to translate that into something visual and calming. When we discuss your spiritual art project, I look at the lighting of your room and the specific deity or motif that resonates with you.
My Approach to Sacred Art
- 3D Fibre & Relief Murals: These are perfect for lobbies or main pooja walls. I use fibre, clay, and texture paste to build sculptures that pop out from the wall. This gives a rich, tactile feel—like the Ganesha mural I installed at the Cancer Healer Center or the large Buddha face projects. We finish these with durable metallic paints or resin to ensure they last for years.
- Traditional Kalamkari & Flat Murals: If you want something subtle for your mandir niches or prayer room, I paint traditional Kalamkari patterns or serene landscapes using fine brushes. These are precise, detailed, and add a touch of heritage without taking over the room.
The Process
- Consultation: We talk about the vibe you want—serene, vibrant, or traditional.
- Design: I sketch a digital mockup for you so we are both on the same page before I touch the wall.
- Execution: For 3D pieces, I typically work on-site for 5-7 days, sculpting and painting directly to ensure the scale is perfect for your specific wall dimensions.
Everything I paint for your home is protected with double coats of artist-grade varnish, making the surface dust-resistant and durable. Whether you are in Malad or anywhere else in India, I love travelling to help build these calm spaces.
