This is the foundation of our program. We start at 6 AM with high-intensity workouts focusing on speed, agility, strength, and endurance, using equipment like hurdles, cones, and weights. These sessions build the physical resilience and discipline needed to perform under pressure.

Technical Skill Mastery: Batting, Bowling & Fielding Drills

I focus on perfecting the fundamentals through targeted, repetitive drills. This collection shows our approach to coaching batting techniques like the front foot drive, bowling accuracy with spot drills, and advanced fielding skills like the crow hop throw.

Yoga, Mobility & Injury Prevention

A cricketer's career depends on their body. I emphasize proactive care through yoga, mobility exercises, and structured recovery protocols to enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and ensure longevity. This includes foam rolling, thoracic mobility work, and cool-down routines.

Match Day: Performance & Results

Training is for one purpose: to perform on match day. This is where my players test their skills, mental fortitude, and teamwork under real competition. I showcase our match preparations, wins, and standout individual performances.
