About Online Teacher Training: Learn From Anywhere
You will be training in a live environment, not just watching a library of pre-recorded videos. I focus on the 'yogya acharya' mindset—the ability to adapt ancient wisdom for today's students. Whether it is alignment correction or understanding contraindications, you get the same practical rigor online as you would in our Noida studio, ensuring you are prepared to lead classes from day one.
Bridging Tradition and Modern Science
Yoga teacher training often suffers from being either too abstract or purely physical. My curriculum is built to address both. We treat yoga as a science. When you join this 50-day program, we cover the mechanics of the human body, the role of the diaphragm in pranayama, and the philosophy behind the postures.
How the Online Training Works
We utilize a live, interactive format on Zoom. This is not about passive learning. You are expected to be present, engaged, and practicing.
- Live Feedback: I personally oversee alignment corrections to ensure you understand how to guide your own future students safely.
- Multiple Batches: We run classes across various time zones to accommodate students from India, Dubai, Thailand, and beyond.
- Recorded Backups: If you miss a session, you have access to the recordings so you never fall behind on your theory or practice.
Certification and Career Support
I do not believe in handing out certificates for the sake of it. The curriculum is designed to meet international standards. Upon completion, you receive an E-certificate that is recognized by the Government of India and international yoga alliances. More importantly, we provide job assistance. My goal is to build a global community of teachers who know how to earn a living through their practice.
