My approach to Hatha Yoga is rooted in the traditional Sivananda lineage, focusing on the five points of yoga. I provide detailed instruction and personal adjustments in asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to build strength, flexibility, and inner discipline for all levels.

Yoga is a journey to see yourself clearly, and this goes far beyond physical postures. I guide you through daily meditation, traditional pujas (ceremonies), and satsang (chanting) to quiet the mind and foster a deeper connection to the Self.
