About Live Instrumental Music for Events
Where Music Feels Like Prayer
Music is my devotion. I grew up surrounded by it, and now, with Grand Sitar Symphony, I bring that same feeling to every event. For me, it’s not just about playing - it’s about sharing peace and a sense of bakthi (devotion) with everyone present.
What You’ll Experience
We’re not your typical band. Our sitar orchestra for weddings and ceremonies is all about that grand, layered sound. Imagine multiple sitars, tabla, and flute, all moving together. It’s elegant, never overpowering, always rooted in Indian tradition.
- We create soulful atmospheres for weddings, receptions, temple events, and even big corporate gatherings.
- Sometimes, we add Vedic chants for a touch of the spiritual - especially loved at religious programs and devotional ceremonies.
Flexible, Always Authentic
No two events are the same. Sometimes it’s just three of us in a cozy gathering, sometimes a full ten-member traditional Indian instrumental ensemble for larger functions. We always keep it professional - coordinated attire, respectful presence.
Our Journey
Based in Bangalore, but we travel wherever the music is needed. We’ve played across India and beyond, at everything from small home events to big festivals. Our recordings, like the ‘Grand Sitar Symphony Instrumental Album Vol-2,’ show our dedication to this craft.
If you want your event to feel truly special, with a customizable live music group for events, this is what we do best.

Grand Sitar Symphony
My Story
Namaskaram, I’m Sitar Srinivas. Music is not just what I do, it’s what I breathe. Grew up with ragas and rhythms all around. My sitar lets me share the kind of peace you feel in a quiet temple or on a breezy hilltop. For me, every note is bakthi (devotion). When I play, I want you to feel that faith, that calm. Jai shri Ram.
