I believe every team has its warriors, and what better way to recognize them than with a custom caricature award? This batch of 'Alpha Warrior' trophies was created for a corporate client to celebrate their top performers. Each award features a personalized caricature on a solid wooden base, engraved with their name, turning a simple award into a memorable keepsake that truly boosts morale.
Celebrating the superheroes in the workplace! I was honored to create this large order of custom caricature trophies for a company's Women's Day event. Each statuette captures the unique face of an employee on a superhero body, making for a fun and empowering recognition gift. It’s moments like these, seeing a whole team celebrated, that bring me the most joy.
About Featured
To get one of these made, you simply share a clear photo and let me know the theme you’re after. I handle the digital sketch, exaggerating the right features to capture that person’s spirit, then print it on durable sunboard before mounting it on a solid pine-finish wooden base. It’s a complete process from your idea to a tangible, funny, and personalized gift that’s ready to ship.
I started creating these because I got tired of seeing people receive generic glass plaques that just collect dust. A reward or a gift should make you smile, not just sit on a shelf.
Why these stand out
Most of the trophies you see in this cluster, like the 'Alpha Warrior' or 'Superhero' series, are designed to be personal. When I create a standee, I’m not just tracing a photo. I’m looking for the quirks—the specific way someone smiles or their signature pose—and integrating that into a fun template.
The build quality
- Material: I use rigid Sunboard or Acrylic composite for the cutout. It’s light but sturdy enough to stand on any desk.
- Base: Every piece is mounted on a solid, pine-finish wooden block. I laser-engrave the base with your specific message, name, or title.
- Sizing: These are designed as desk-friendly pieces, usually standing between 6 to 8 inches tall. They are big enough to be noticed but compact enough for a workstation or a bedside table.
