See how we translate grassroots insights into systemic change. From drafting national policy to safeguarding young athletes, these highlights show our hands-on approach to building a fairer sports ecosystem in India.

We believe real change happens when stakeholders come together. This image captures our team during a Draft Committee Meeting for Bihar’s Female Athlete Health & Wellness Policy, a landmark initiative we helped shape using three years of our on-the-ground data and experience.

We take on the tough, often ignored conversations. Here, our Research Lead presents at the Para Sport Summit on the critical topic of menstrual health for female para-athletes, highlighting the urgent need for inclusive policies, adaptive products, and supportive infrastructure.

Our work is grounded in evidence. This is the cover of our "Play Without Pause" report, detailing the game changing results of our menstrual health pilot with 1,145 female athletes in Uttar Pradesh. This data now serves as a foundation for broader policy advocacy.

Collaboration with government bodies is key to our impact. In this video, the Director General of the Bihar State Sports Authority discusses our joint "Simply Periods" initiative at the Khelo India Youth Games, a first of its kind effort to support female athletes.

We measure our impact to drive meaningful change. This infographic shows the concrete outcomes of our "Play Without Pause" program, including a significant boost in menstrual health literacy and the adoption of smarter nutrition and training habits among athletes.

Our mission attracts leaders in Indian sport. We are honored to have two time Olympic medalist and former Indian Hockey captain, PR Sreejesh, join us as an advisor to help guide our work in grassroots development and shaping the future of Indian sports.

Athlete protection is non negotiable. This image shows our Child Safeguarding Officer leading a session for sports scientists, equipping them with the knowledge to recognize, respond, and report concerns, ensuring a safe environment for every young athlete.

About Featured

Our policy work isn't born in meeting rooms. Take our Bihar Female Athlete Health and Wellness policy contribution: it was built directly on three years of field data from our Simply Periods pilots. When we advise on governance, we use that exact data to ensure every recommendation, like setting up Internal Complaints Committees or menstrual health kiosks, actually works on the ground for the athletes who need it most.
