Coach Development & Mental Health Training Workshops
A great coach does more than teach sport—they shape lives. We train coaches across India to handle mental health, nutrition, and the delicate challenges young athletes face, turning them into reliable, empathetic mentors.
Our Lead Sport Psychologist, Serah Menezes, conducts an online session on 'Understanding & Supporting Young Athletes'. We help coaches understand the developmental needs of their players and provide strategies to build confidence.

About this collection
Coaches are often the first responders when an athlete struggles, yet they rarely receive training on how to talk about periods or recognize the early signs of burnout. In our 'Simply Smiles' and nutrition workshops, we move beyond technical drills, providing coaches with a concrete, practical toolbox to handle these sensitive, real-world athlete challenges safely and confidently.

Our 'Coach the Coach' framework acknowledges a hard truth: coaches spend more time with kids than parents do. Whether working with academies like Hi 5 Youth Foundation or school PE departments, our training sessions bridge the gap between pure athletic performance and holistic well-being.

- Mental Health First-Aid: Using our 'Simply Smiles' initiative, we teach coaches how to recognize signs of distress, foster psychological safety, and facilitate open conversations that keep kids in the game.
- Female Athlete Nutrition: We dispel myths around weight loss and focus on sustainable, long-term health. Coaches learn to guide female athletes on their unique nutritional needs, addressing everything from iron deficiency to energy availability.
- Inclusive Environments: We provide strategies for creating safe spaces, specifically focusing on menstrual health literacy so that no girl feels the need to drop out of sports due to stigma or lack of support.
