Intricate Bridal Mehendi & Portrait Artworks
A showcase of my signature style—from detailed portrait bridal mehendi to storytelling designs that bring your unique journey to life on your palms.
This video shows my specialty: detailed figure work. You can see a beautiful bridal couple portrait on the forearm and an intricate Lord Ganesha on the palm, all created with natural henna for a rich, dark stain.
Your mehendi can tell your story. For this bride, I illustrated her journey from Mumbai to Canada, featuring landmarks like the Gateway of India and the CN Tower. Everything is possible!
This is a classic example of a full-coverage royal bridal mehendi. Notice the fine lines, detailed patterns, and symmetrical design that covers both arms for a truly grand look.
I pay just as much attention to the feet. This full-leg bridal mehendi features matching peacock and lotus motifs, ensuring a complete and stunning look from head to toe.
Celebrating a new beginning with a custom baby shower mehendi. This design features portraits of the happy parents-to-be and a cute baby figure, making the occasion even more special.
See my art come to life. This video shows the process of sketching a detailed portrait of Lord Ganesha, from the initial outline to the final shaded masterpiece, ready to be drawn in henna.
Mehendi is a celebration for everyone. Here you can see a happy bride with her bridesmaids, all adorned with beautiful designs by me and my team. We handle group bookings for the entire wedding party.
A close-up of my couple portrait work. I focus on capturing the likeness and emotion of the couple, creating a personalized centerpiece for your bridal mehendi that you will cherish.
The proof is in the stain. This collage shows the beautiful, dark henna stain my clients get, thanks to my 100% natural and chemical-free henna paste. A deep color is always my promise.
About Featured
When you choose my portrait work, I don't just apply henna; I sketch your story. Whether it is your wedding venue, a proposal moment, or specific cultural motifs, I use a steady, precise hand to ensure the figures look accurate. Keep in mind that my signature portrait-style henna requires 5 to 7 hours of patience, so please plan your event timeline with me in advance to avoid any last-minute rush.
My Approach to Henna Art
I believe mehendi should be more than just a standard pattern. It is an extension of your personality. My process starts with 100% natural, chemical-free henna paste, which I mix myself to ensure a deep, rich maroon stain. If you are worried about sensitive skin or having safe henna around children during the functions, you are in the right hands.
What Goes Into My Bridal Work
When I work on a bride, I look for the details that matter to you.
- Portrait Realism: Capturing the couple, deities like Radha-Krishna, or specific scenes like a doli or varmala.
- Storytelling Elements: Incorporating your travel history, profession, or how you met into the design.
- Royal Coverage: Full bicep-length work for brides who want that traditional, grand aesthetic.
Planning Your Session
Because I prioritize intricate shading and dense fillers, my bridal sessions take time. I am not a 'speed-first' artist when it comes to bridal work; I am a 'detail-first' artist. For guest mehendi, my team and I handle volume efficiently, but for the bride, I recommend booking a dedicated slot where I can focus entirely on your hands and feet without interruption.
If you have a specific reference in mind or want to mix styles—perhaps a classic mandala with a modern twist—let’s discuss it during the consultation. I love a challenge, and I am always ready to try something new if it fits the story you want to tell.
