My Story
Log sochte hain ki 2-3 mahine mein body ban jaayegi (people think you get fit in 2-3 months), but asli kahani kuch aur hai. My journey had injuries, low days, even an arm in a sling. Par bhagwan dusra mauka deta hai (God gives you a second chance). Fitness is my therapy, not just muscles but mind too. My goal? Just 1% better every day.
