Digital & Social Media Ad Styling
Scope of Work
Curating wardrobe for digital ads, Reels, or e-commerce lookbooks. The focus is on high-street trends, pop-colors, or Gen-Z aesthetics rather than deep character building.
Deliverables
- Sourcing up to 6 to 8 distinct looks for models or actors per day.
- Creation of a preliminary style moodboard.
- Procurement from high-street brands (Zara, H&M, Uniqlo) or local markets.
- Handling repacking and returns of merchandise after the shoot.
Team & Logistics
- 1 Senior Stylist (Shreya) and 1 Assistant on set to manage quick changes.
- Standard styling kit included (pins, tapes, lint rollers, steam iron).
- Exclusions: Custom stitching costs and dry cleaning bills.
TVC & Brand Film Costume Design
Scope of Work
Deep-dive costume design to build specific characters (e.g., professional, middle-class family, festive) for TV commercials. Includes meticulous on-set supervision to ensure costume continuity across multiple takes.
Pre-Production
- 2 to 3 days of dedicated sourcing from malls, designers, or rental houses.
- One round of physical costume trials and fittings before the shoot.
- Assistance with fabric-related props (soft goods) if required.
Team Composition
- Lead Stylist (Shreya) on set.
- 2 Assistant Stylists to handle multiple actors simultaneously.
- 1 Professional Dressman dedicated to steam ironing and garment care.
- Includes tactical kit with sewing supplies and emergency stain removers.
Celebrity & Star Talent Styling
Scope of Work
Premium styling specifically for celebrities, athletes, or Tier 1 influencers. Involves liaising with PR agencies and luxury designers to secure premium branded outfits.
Service Features
- Options: Providing 10 to 15 options per look for client and talent approval.
- Fitting: Arranging tailored fits and alterations to ensure a made-to-measure look.
- Backups: Carrying complete backup looks for last-minute changes.
On-Set Execution
- Concierge-level attention to the talent ensuring comfort and confidence.
- Management of all luxury inventory and returns.
- Note: Price covers the styling service only; it does not cover garment purchase costs if the talent keeps the items.

My job is to make clothes tell stories - whether it’s a cozy family scene or a high-energy tech ad, I’m all about finding the right vibe for each brand.
