Pre-Production & Sourcing
- Creative Consultation: Breakdown of script or mood board to align with brand identity (e.g., Gen-Z energy or Premium Luxury).
- Look Creation: Development of 3-4 distinct look options per character for approval before physical sourcing begins.
- Sourcing Logistics: 2 days of physical sourcing across Mumbai hubs, mixing designer studios and high-street options. Note: Clothing purchase/rental budget is separate.
- Fittings: One round of trial fittings with actors to ensure precise tailoring.
On-Set Execution
- Dedicated Team: Lead Stylist plus one assistant on set for up to 10 hours.
- Wardrobe Management: Organization of racks and tagging looks by scene.
- The Styling Kit: Deployment of industrial steamer, fashion tape, sewing kits, and lint rollers for instant wardrobe fixes.
- Continuity Checks: Monitoring sleeve rolls, collars, and fits across multiple takes.
Post-Production
- Returns Management: Inventory checks, repacking, and physical return of sourced items to vendors within 48 hours.
- Accounting: Submission of detailed bills and expense sheets for the clothing budget.

Conceptualization & Sourcing
- Style Analysis: Assessment of body type and event theme to determine the ideal silhouette.
- Designer Access: Leveraging industry contacts to source garments from designers or high-end retailers that are not easily accessible. Note: Rental costs are borne by the client.
- Accessory Pairing: Coordination of footwear, bags, and statement jewelry to complete the look.
Execution & Draping
- Fittings: One trial session to verify fit and mark necessary alterations.
- On-Site Dressing: 2-3 hours of service on the event day.
- Professional Draping: Expert saree/dupatta draping or gown securing (taping necklines, securing slits).
- Emergency Fixes: Immediate handling of zipper issues, loose threads, or fit adjustments before the event starts.
- Logistics: Management of pick-up and return of the borrowed or rented garments.
Personal Shopping & Wardrobe Refresh

I get a kick out of building a vibe for each project, whether it’s a big brand or a music video that needs something hatke (different).

- I’ve worked with brands like Titan Eye+, Crocs, Haldiram’s, Noise, and more. Sometimes it’s about making someone look like a total diva, sometimes it’s about keeping it real and relatable.
