As a Supreme Court advocate and human rights activist, I fight on facts, not sides. From securing bail in complex criminal cases to empowering individuals against harassment, my courtroom battles are driven by one motto: Bekhauf, Azaad.

I will not stand for the exploitation of women in the workplace. In this live session, I discuss a shocking case of sexual harassment at a government hospital and why it is your duty to raise your voice against any senior who misuses their power. Your career cannot be held hostage; stand up, fight back, and get these predators punished.

False allegations in matrimonial disputes can destroy a man's life and reputation. I have seen cases where a woman and her family spread lies about a man's personal life and character, causing immense mental trauma. My job is to cut through the drama and expose the facts to defend those who are wrongly accused.

My life is dedicated to the pursuit of justice at the highest level. As an advocate at the Supreme Court of India, I am committed to being fearless and fighting for the freedom of my clients, whether they are victims seeking justice or individuals defending their name.

The reality of domestic violence is often more brutal than people imagine, and it is not limited to any class. I have handled cases where highly educated men, including IITians and Class One officers, have inflicted horrific cruelty on their partners, from beatings during pregnancy to attacks with weapons. This is the reality I fight against every day.

When you are in legal trouble, do not search for answers on Google. You will only find misinformation that can hurt your case and cause long delays. The right step is to consult an experienced advocate who can provide authentic advice and guide you in the right direction from the very beginning.

It is a common misconception that all laws are only for women. In this interview on Doordarshan's 'Kanooni Salah', I explain the rights available to men in family disputes, including the right to claim maintenance from a higher-earning wife and file an FIR for harassment. The law provides for equality, and I ensure it is applied to all.

My mission extends beyond the courtroom. Here, I am conducting a legal awareness lecture for NCC cadets on women's safety and their rights. Empowering the youth with knowledge is the first step towards creating a society where everyone can live 'Bekhauf, Azaad' (Fearless and Free).

A significant victory for my client. I successfully secured bail in a challenging case involving sections of the IPC and the POCSO Act. This result underscores my core advice to clients: trust the legal process, avoid involving too many non-judicial opinions, and let a focused legal strategy lead the way.

About Featured

When clients come to me, they often carry noise from multiple sources—misinformed advice, panic, or fear. My immediate focus is clearing that noise. I review your FIRs, charge sheets, and evidence to build a singular, airtight legal strategy. You don't need 'hope' in a courtroom; you need a roadmap based on the hard evidence we have in hand.

Legal battles are rarely won by emotion alone. Whether I am handling a POCSO Act bail application, a cyber crime complaint in the Supreme Court, or defending a man falsely implicated in a matrimonial dispute, the baseline is always the same: objective analysis of facts. My practice is built on a 'Facts First' policy. I don’t pick sides based on gender or public noise; I look for the contradictions in the prosecution's story and the gaps in witness statements.

Too many people lose their cases before they even step into the courtroom because they follow misinformed advice from internet searches or well-meaning but legally unaware friends. My role is to stop that cycle of misinformation. In criminal defense, procedure is everything. From the way an FIR is drafted to the way Section 65B evidence is managed, every detail matters.

If you are facing a crisis, don't wait for the situation to spiral. Whether it's an immediate threat of arrest or a long-standing harassment issue at your workplace, we look at your options—anticipatory bail, quashing petitions, or aggressive cross-examination. I am here to ensure that you are heard, and more importantly, that the law is applied fairly.
