Advocacy in Action: My Professional Journey
Law is not just what happens inside the courtroom. It is about being on the ground, engaging with communities, and fighting for justice wherever the need arises. Here is a glimpse into my work beyond the bench.
This circular from the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, mandates the physical appearance of police personnel in all criminal trials for deposition. A small but significant victory for ensuring truth and accountability in the justice system.
A moment captured during a work day outside a court building. My work takes me to various legal institutions across the country.
I was invited to be on the judging panel for an inter-college debate on menstrual awareness. It is important to engage in conversations around social responsibility and health.
A good moment with a friend and former mentor at the NCC Directorate in Delhi. The bonds formed in the NCC last a lifetime.
Bekhauf, Azaad. A picture that captures my motto. As a lawyer, I strive to be fearless in my pursuit of justice.
Attending a book launch with esteemed colleagues. It is inspiring to celebrate the achievements of other women in the legal field.
Work doesn't stop, even at 30,000 feet. Preparing for a case while on a flight.
An official request for me to conduct a guest lecture for NCC cadets on POCSO and women's safety. I am always ready to educate and empower.
A professional portrait in my chamber. This is where strategies are built and cases are prepared.
Participating in a protest at the Supreme Court. The legal community must stand in solidarity against terrorism and injustice.
About Additional Work & Appearances
My practice takes me across the country, from the Supreme Court of India to police headquarters and academic podiums. Whether I am drafting a criminal defense strategy on a flight or conducting a guest lecture on POCSO for NCC cadets, my priority remains the same, ensuring the law is applied with precision. Legal battles are won in the prep work, but they are driven by the grit you bring to the field.
The image of a lawyer in a black robe is only half the story. My work as a Supreme Court advocate is a mix of high-stakes litigation, meticulous investigation, and public advocacy. When you hire me, you are not just getting someone to argue a point, you are getting someone who understands the entire legal ecosystem.
Operational Depth
From visiting police stations to understand the ground reality of an FIR to appearing in the Supreme Court, I handle the procedural heavy lifting. I have represented clients across NCR and beyond, ensuring that even if a case is complex, like cyber crime or matrimonial disputes, we have a clear roadmap for every stage.
Advocacy & Outreach
I believe the law belongs to the people. That is why I actively participate in legal awareness programs, guest lectures for the NCC, and debates on social responsibility. Understanding the law is the first step toward freedom. My motto remains 'Bekhauf, Azaad'.
Your Strategy
Whether you are facing a false case or fighting for justice as a victim, my approach is consistent. I break down the evidence, look for the technical loopholes, and build a defense that stands up to scrutiny. My goal is to get you the results you need, not just to file papers.
