About Mehendi Workshops & Classes

In my workshops, I focus on the basics that actually matter, like how to hold the cone correctly, the consistency of your henna paste, and the geometric structure of a design. We do not just copy patterns; I teach you how to build your own so you can create art that feels truly yours. I keep my batches small because I want to give every student the personal feedback they need to actually improve, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to master intricate bridal backhands.

Why Learn Mehendi Art?

Learning mehendi is more than just drawing patterns. It is about patience, precision, and understanding how henna works on the skin. Whether you want to start a career as a professional artist or just want to master the art for your own celebrations, my classes are designed to give you a clear, step-by-step path forward.

What We Cover

My workshops are divided into clear segments to ensure you understand both the 'why' and the 'how' behind each design:

  • Foundations: Learn the difference between types of henna, how to prepare your paste, and the perfect cone pressure for crisp lines.
  • Design Structure: We start with simple mandalas and move to complex grids, Jharokhas, and our signature peacock and lotus motifs.
  • Bridal Techniques: This is the advanced section where we tackle full-hand bridal backhand designs, spacing, and shading that look great in photographs.
  • Customization: I teach you how to integrate names, dates, and symbols into your work, which is what helps you stand out in the industry.

Class Structure

I hold in-person classes in Thane and Mulund. I know many of you are juggling jobs or college, so I offer dedicated evening batches for working women. Since I believe in personal mentorship, I limit the number of students per batch. This ensures I can sit with you, check your cone grip, and help you fix mistakes in real-time.

My philosophy is simple: 'kutlihi kala choti kiwa mothi nasate' (no art is big or small). If you are dedicated and keep practicing, you will see results. Bring your passion, and I will provide the guidance.
