When it comes to the finish, we do not rely on guesswork. Whether it is applying the final protective coat on IPE wood or precision-cutting PARÉ louvers, you will find us hands-on at the site. Material Expertise
- VIVA Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP): As authorized dealers, we ensure you get genuine 3mm to 4mm panels. We do not just stick these on; we build a rigid base using 1.5mm to 2mm thick aluminium grid frameworks to prevent warping.
- PARÉ WPC & PVC Louvers: These are our go-to for moisture-prone areas. They are termite-proof, fire-retardant, and excellent for soffit panels or feature walls. We install these using concealed clips to keep the surface screw-free and clean.
- Imported Hardwood (IPE & Thermopine): For a premium look, we use Brazilian IPE or thermally treated wood. Because these are dense, natural materials, they require specific installation techniques like stainless steel fasteners and countersunk screws with wooden plugs to prevent rust bleeding and long-term joint separation.

The quality of the material is only half the battle. We have seen too many high-end projects fail because of poor framing or improper sealing. We invest time in the sub-structure—using the right anti-rust primers on MS frames and structural silicone sealants in panel grooves—so your investment stays secure for years.
