About Complete Building Elevations
Every facade project starts by checking the underlying wall structure, not just the surface finish. I do not just stick panels onto old plaster. We use heavy-duty aluminum or GI grids to ensure your new cladding stays flat, secure, and moisture-free for years. It is the structural part you will not see once the job is finished, but it is the reason the exterior keeps looking perfect, so I personally oversee this grid installation at every site.
A complete building elevation is more than just aesthetics. It is a protective layer for your property. In Delhi, where weather conditions shift from intense sun to heavy monsoon rain, your facade needs to be built with materials that do not warp, rot, or fade.
My Material Approach
I focus on three primary types of exterior treatments depending on your design goals and budget:
- VIVA Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP): This is the standard for a modern, sleek finish. When installed on a 1.5mm to 2mm thick aluminum grid, these panels provide a lightweight yet rigid barrier. They are excellent for commercial buildings and contemporary homes.
- PARÉ WPC & PVC Louvers: These are ideal for adding depth and texture to a flat wall. Because they are termite-proof and waterproof, they are perfect for balconies and soffit areas where moisture can be a concern.
- Natural IPE (Iron Wood) & Thermopine: For a premium, warm aesthetic, I prefer imported hardwoods. IPE wood is incredibly dense and naturally weather-resistant. When we install this, we use stainless steel fasteners and matching wooden plugs to ensure a seamless, flush finish that survives extreme exposure.
The Execution Process
My team is trained to handle the technical aspects that are often overlooked. We manage everything from scaffolding setups for multi-story buildings to the precision alignment of vertical grooves. We use structural silicon sealants in all panel grooves to prevent water seepage, which is the leading cause of facade failure over time.
