This video shows a few of my different setups for pre-wedding functions, including colorful backdrops for Haldi and Mehandi ceremonies and a close-up of the fresh flowers I use.
Here is a happy bride during her Mehandi ceremony, sitting on a traditionally decorated swing. I used bright, multi-colored gerbera daisies and other flowers to frame the jhula and match her festive attire.
A look at a very dense and colorful floral wall I created for a pre-wedding function. I used a mix of red, orange, and white flowers with traditional hangings to make a vibrant photo backdrop.

This is a very colorful entrance I designed for a Mehandi party. It features a tented structure with multi-colored drapes, a hanging floral chandelier made of marigolds, and pampas grass for a modern fusion look.
For a more modern celebration, I created this circular arch using a mix of metallic balloons and dried pampas grass. It's a unique and trendy backdrop for photos at a sangeet or cocktail party.

About Haldi & Mehandi Decorations
When we set up for your Haldi or Mehendi, we bring our own 10x8ft pipe and drape structure which fits easily in most Delhi living rooms or terrace spaces. We stick to fresh marigold (genda) and rajnigandha strings because they smell natural and last through the event, unlike plastic fillers that look artificial in photos.
At Shivam Flower Decorators, we understand that Haldi and Mehendi functions are all about family, laughter, and the right background for photos.

We are based in Mukherjee Nagar but travel across Delhi NCR for your events. We use fresh flowers only, so we arrive, set up, and make sure everything is in place well before your guests arrive. We keep it simple and honest—no hidden charges, just good quality work that honors the traditions of your special day.
