Explore the devotional art created in my classes. Whether you want to sketch Lord Shiva or paint a colorful Ganesha, I am here to help you get started.
A beautiful charcoal drawing of a woman in a classical dance pose, made by my student Myra for Janmashtami. The use of white charcoal on toned paper creates a lovely soft effect.
A student's charcoal artwork of Radha and Krishna, with delicate gold accents on their jewelry. This piece beautifully captures a moment of divine love.
A colorful painting of a baby Ganesha, held proudly by the young artist. The soft blending of colors gives the piece a gentle and sweet feeling.
Another adorable Ganesha painting by a student, using bright and cheerful pastels. It’s a playful and happy depiction of the beloved deity.
A creative artwork combining Lord Jagannath and Lord Krishna in one portrait. This piece shows a unique artistic vision and skill in color pencils.
A serene charcoal drawing of Shiva and Parvati by a young student. The soft shading and peaceful expressions make this a very special piece.
A modern, graphic interpretation of Buddha's face, using charcoal and line work to create an optical effect. This is a great example of spiritual art with a contemporary twist.
About this collection
When I teach spiritual art, my focus is always on the connection rather than just technique. Whether we are using charcoal to capture the meditative expression of Adiyogi or mixing pastels for a playful baby Ganesha, I guide you through the process step by step. My classes are about finding that moment of peace while you draw, so you do not need any prior experience to join.
My art sessions are designed to be relaxing and full of masti. I believe art should be a lifeline, a way to de-stress, especially when working on devotional subjects. We explore various mediums like charcoal, acrylics, and watercolors to bring figures like Krishna, Buddha, or Goddess Durga to life on paper or canvas.
For those interested in the technical side, we spend time on getting the expressions right. For example, learning to shade the eyes of a deity or mastering the soft blending required for a serene Buddha face. If you are a beginner, we start with simple sketches and build up to more detailed work. I love watching my students, from little ones to adults, find their own style. If you have a specific deity or a particular art form like Tanjore or modern abstract in mind, let me know. We can work together to bring that vision to your home.
