About Personal Saree Draping Classes
Why I Teach Saree Draping
It's not just about the saree for me - it's about making you feel confident and independent. Over the years, maine hazaaron (thousands) of women ko sikhaya hai (have taught) how to drape a saree themselves, whether they're total newbies or just need a confidence boost. My classes are for anyone who wants to stop depending on others for something as basic (yet tricky!) as wearing a saree.
Who My Classes Are For
- Struggling to even start with a saree? No stress, this is for you.
- Closet full of sarees, but always need help? I get it.
- Brides-to-be, working ladies, or just someone wanting to learn something new - sab ke liye (for everyone).
What I Actually Teach
I break it down to make it bilkul asaan (absolutely easy):
- Basics: What to wear under, first tuck, making the saree stay put.
- Saree pleating techniques: Neat center pleats for a slim look, chest pleats that don’t budge.
- Pallu tricks: Classic pleated ya open palla (pallu) - how to manage it so it stays elegant.
- Fabrics: Chiffon, organza, Kanjivaram, Banarsi - each ka alag funda hai (each has its own method), and we cover that.
How My Classes Work
- Personalized, one-on-one saree draping lesson - in Bangalore or online (worldwide).
- I give you my full attention, lots of patience, and real tips from experience.
