These sessions aren't just generic motivational talks. I focus on breaking down the reality of Science, Commerce, and Arts, using data-backed insights so students stop worrying about what their friends are choosing and start focusing on what they are actually good at.
Most students walk into 10th grade feeling the weight of the world on their shoulders. My approach is to strip away that anxiety. I talk about the '3S Formula'—Simple planning, Strategic planning, and a Student-centric approach—which I developed after my own experience securing AIR-3 at IIT-Bombay.
In these sessions, we cover:
- The Reality of Streams: What Science, Commerce, and Arts actually lead to in terms of daily life, college, and long-term careers.
- The Engineering vs. Medical Dilemma: Why rushing to pick between Math and Biology often limits a student's options too early. I teach them how to keep doors open.
- Aptitude over Ambition: Why a psychometric test is more reliable than just guessing your interest.
I don't just stand at a podium and lecture. I walk through the audience, answer tough questions, and speak to parents who are often more anxious than the students themselves. My goal is to leave every classroom with a clearer roadmap, replacing uncertainty with a solid plan of action.
