Achieving these vivid, fashion-forward shades always requires a double-process bleach service to lift your hair to a clean, pale canvas. Because we are stripping pigment to make the color pop, I mandate bond builders like K18 or Olaplex in every single session to keep your hair strong and breakage-free. It is a bigger commitment than a standard gloss, but that is the trade-off for colors that actually look vibrant rather than dull.
The Process: From Dark to Vivid
When you are chasing high-impact shades like Midnight Blue Rose, Pink Hibiscus, or wild rainbow panels, we aren't working with standard dyes. We are doing a double-process bleach and tone. First, I lift your hair to a Level 8 or 10 pale yellow canvas. Without this foundation, those vibrant fashion colors won't show up, and they definitely won't last.
I do not play around with hair health. Every bleaching session includes mandatory structural bond builders. This keeps your hair from turning into straw while we strip away the dark pigment. Once we hit the right lift, I zone-tone your roots and ends to ensure an even gradient.
What to Expect
- Session Time: Be ready to spend a few hours in my chair. High-level color isn't a quick lunch-break appointment.
- Maintenance: Fashion colors fade. It is science, not a flaw. You will need to use color-safe, sulfate-free shampoos and likely visit me for refresh gloss treatments every 4-6 weeks to keep the intensity alive.
- Transparency: I will be 100% upfront during your consultation. If your hair's current condition cannot handle the lift needed for that specific pastel or neon shade, we will pivot to a look that keeps your hair healthy.
