Performance Details
- Artist: Solo performance by DJ Shanaya for up to 4 continuous hours.
- Genre: Focus on BollyTech (Bollywood x Techno), Afro House, and Commercial Pop.
- Interaction: Includes live MCing for crowd interaction and energy management.
- Customization: Pre-event consultation to define 'Must Play' and 'Do Not Play' lists.
Digital & Visuals
- Social Reach: 1 to 2 Instagram Stories tagging the host to leverage influencer status.
- Aesthetics: Premium sartorial presentation matched to the event vibe.
Technical Specs
- Sound Check: Includes 45 to 60 minute sound check prior to the set.
- Equipment: Provider supplies a specific Technical Rider (equipment list) for the client to rent.
- Note: Client must provide or rent Pioneer CDJs and Mixer locally; these are not included in the fee.

Who I Am
I’m DJ Shanaya and for me, music is energy. Every gig I play, I want the crowd to feel that josh (rush) - not just hear the beats. I’m all about making the whole room move together, not just standing in the corner pressing buttons. Whether I’m hyping up the crowd on the mic or dancing with you, if you’re looking for a high-energy party DJ, I’m your person.
My Sound
My sets jump across genres, but BollyTech is my signature. I mix Bollywood tracks with Techno and Tech House, and I make my own mashups - like “Mehbooba x Alameyo” and “Patakha Guddi x Pararara.” You’ll hear everything from Punjabi bangers and Hip-Hop to Afro House and EDM. I love reading the crowd and switching it up so people don’t get bored.
Where I Play
I spin at clubs, massive festivals, rooftop parties, Holi events, and even corporate launches. Whether you need a club night DJ performance for your party or want someone who can bring festival DJ India vibes, I know how to match the event’s energy. Sometimes, we go wild - with CO2 guns, flames, and all that jazz.

Hey, I’m Shanaya! Born and bred Mumbai, started DJing at 16 (ya, that young). Ganesh Chaturthi was my jam growing up—full-on dance, drama, and housie nights. Lost touch with all that for a bit, but this year’s aarthi brought those vibes right back. When I’m not behind the console, you’ll catch me with my bestie, hunting for new sneakers, or just solo-sipping coffee in some random city. Life’s a mix, na?
