Ever wondered what goes into getting that deep, dark stain? Watch the process behind my work and see how I bring my organic henna to life at your venue.

A glimpse of my work in progress. The first clip shows a close up of me creating a detailed bridal design, followed by a wider shot of a mehndi party in action.

Watch as a simple floral design comes to life. I use a fine-tipped cone to create delicate lines and shading, ensuring every petal and leaf is perfect.

About Behind the Scenes: My Art in Action

Choosing a mehndi artist is about more than just the final design you see in a portfolio. It is about how comfortable you feel during those hours of sitting still for application. When I come to your venue in Bangalore, I create a relaxed, stress-free space, allowing you to enjoy your function with friends while I work on intricate floral motifs and apply my signature organic henna.

When you book me for your mehndi ceremony, the first thing I bring to your home or event space is my own fresh, organic henna cones. I make these myself using pure henna powder, eucalyptus oil, and clove oil. I avoid chemical shortcuts completely, which is why my clients often tell me they get that rich, dark maroon stain that lasts for days.

My process is simple but detailed. For bridal packages, we are looking at 3 to 8 hours depending on how heavy the design is. I know this can be tiring, which is why I prefer setting up in a comfortable spot where you can chat, listen to music, or just relax. I travel across Bangalore, from Nagawara to wherever your venue is, so you do not have to stress about traveling in traffic before your big day.

What to expect during application

  1. Consultation: We start with a quick chat about the design—whether you want a traditional look or a modern fusion.
  2. Application: I use a fine-tipped cone to apply precise lines, ensuring the roses, lotuses, and mandalas look sharp.
  3. Sealant: Once the design is laid, I use a lemon and sugar syrup to keep the paste intact and enhance the color.
  4. Aftercare: I always guide my brides on how to care for their mehndi, such as avoiding water for the first 12 hours, to make sure that color really pops.

It is not just about the henna; it is about the joy and the connection I bring to your special day. Seeing a bride smile when she looks at her hands is why I do this. Whether it is a full bridal set or simple patterns for your guests, my goal is to make sure you feel pampered and happy with the result.
