Kashmir is never just a backdrop for us. We spend two days on the ground, layering your personal narrative into the landscape. We avoid the crowded tourist spots, focusing instead on the empty, quiet valleys where we can actually hear each other think, and where your film begins to take shape beyond just pretty pictures.
Our Kashmir shoots are designed for the couple who wants their love story to feel as expansive as the mountains themselves. We treat these as two-day expeditions, not just a few hours of clicking photos.
Why the Mountains?
Because the environment dictates the mood. When we move away from city distractions, the dynamic between you shifts. You stop performing for the camera and start existing in the space. Whether it's the stark, winter-stripped trees of Gulmarg or the soft, hazy light inside a traditional Kashmiri room, we look for textures and light that tell a story of quiet intimacy.
How We Work
We bring a 3-member crew, including a senior director, to document your journey. We don't just hand you poses; we script the shoot around your actual anecdotes and quirks. This results in:
- Narrative Films: A 4-5 minute film integrating your actual voiceovers, not just background music.
- Unposed Photography: 80-100 artist-selected images that focus on connection rather than costume changes.
- Aerial Storytelling: Using drone cinematography to show you small, but grounded in the massive scale of the valley.
The Practical Side
Since we are trekking into the wild, this is a logistics-heavy shoot. We recommend planning for at least three months in advance to scout locations based on light direction and your personal vibe. While we handle the creative direction and technical artistry, we ask that you budget for the crew's travel and stay at a 4-star minimum to ensure we are well-rested and ready to shoot at sunrise. This isn't for everyone, but if you want your story to have the weight and beauty of a cinematic film, this is where we start.
