The Heart of Training: Kata & Technique
As my teacher said, "The basic of karate is kata." Our training is built on the relentless practice of kata, the encyclopedia of our art, and the perfection of fundamental techniques like stances, blocks, and strikes.
Our Okinawan Lineage & Global Community
I teach authentic Shorin-Ryu Seibukan, a style with a direct and unbroken lineage from Okinawa. We adhere to the principles of the Dojo Kun and are part of a global family of practitioners who honor the teachings of our Grand Masters.
