About Luminous Moon Lamps & Texture Art
We keep the group size intimate so we can walk you through the texture paste application and crater sculpting personally. You do not need to bring a thing—we provide the 12-inch MDF base, the high-volume modeling paste, and the LED light kit. By the end of the 2.5-hour session, you will walk out with your finished moon lamp ready to plug in.
What goes into your Moon Lamp
This workshop is all about the tactile experience. We use high-volume modeling paste to build the cratered surface of the moon, so it is basically like sculpting with frosting. It gets a little messy, but that is the fun part. Once the texture is set, we guide you through adding the LED light kit to make it glow.
