About Classic Groom Portraits

For these portraits, we typically dedicate a 30 to 45 minute window on your wedding day for a focused session. By using the existing venue decor and managing the light, we create images that highlight the craftsmanship of your sherwani and the finer details of your accessories without making you feel stiff or posed.

We understand that the groom’s perspective is often overlooked in the flurry of wedding preparations. That is why our approach to groom portraits is intentional. We work with you to find the right natural light, or create it when needed, to ensure your wedding attire, from the intricate embroidery of your sherwani to the fold of your turban, is captured clearly.

Our sessions combine two distinct styles. First, we direct you for those composed portraits that stand the test of time. Second, we switch to candid photography during your getting ready phase, capturing the quiet moments before the chaos begins: adjusting your watch, perfecting your look, or sharing a laugh with family.

Whether we are shooting in a hotel room in Delhi or an outdoor heritage venue in Jaipur, we utilize the environment to frame your shots. We often use architectural features or venue textures to add depth, rather than relying solely on flat backdrops. By the time the event moves to the stage, we have already secured the portraits that define your style, allowing you to relax and enjoy the rest of the celebration knowing your images are taken care of.

I have been capturing the quiet anticipation and the grand celebrations of weddings for over two decades. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable in front of the lens, so your portraits reflect your true personality rather than just a series of rigid poses.
