About Festive Mehndi
Getting mehndi done during a festival rush should not feel like a factory line. I take my time even on busy days because the stain matters just as much as the design, and I use only fresh, organic henna without any harsh chemicals.
Festivals like Karwachauth, Teej, and Chhath have their own emotions, and I love capturing those in my henna patterns. For Karwachauth, it is about the deep red stain that signifies love and dedication. For Teej, we go for playful swings and floral vibes that celebrate the season. When it comes to Chhath Puja, I focus on traditional, soul-touching motifs that look perfect for the puja ceremonies.
I am based in Mumbai, but my cones travel with me everywhere. The biggest issue with festival mehndi is usually the chemicals that burn the skin or give an orange, patchy stain. I make my henna paste fresh at home using natural essential oils. You will get that deep maroon stain that stays dark for days, not the chemically processed light orange one.
I handle individual bookings and group sessions for the whole family. If you have a specific festival vibe in mind, we can talk about it beforehand. I keep my designs sharp but clean, so they look great on your hands during the puja and even better in your festival photos. Let's make sure your hands look festive and ready for the celebrations.
