Modern Living Room & Common Area Designs
We design living spaces that blend form and function, hiding the clutter like wires while adding elements like custom TV panels and partitions to give your home a hotel-like feel.
Here’s how we transform a simple 2BHK flat into a modern, elegant home. This before and after video shows the complete journey of a living room makeover at our Patel Nagar site, from bare walls to a fully furnished space.

A look at the completed 3BHK interior project in Gurgaon. This is the living room, featuring a custom TV unit with open shelving and concealed storage.
The TV unit in our Gurgaon project combines dark wood with a white console. We also added a small niche for placing decorative items like a Buddha statue.

This view highlights the floating design of the TV console, which is enhanced by warm LED strip lighting underneath.
We designed this partition with a breakfast counter to elegantly separate the living and kitchen areas. The fluted wall paneling behind adds texture to the space.
This angle shows how the partition provides both storage and a display area, while maintaining an open feel between the kitchen and living room.
Here I am at the completed Gurgaon project, standing by the custom partition and breakfast counter we built.

About Living Room & Common Area Design
Living room ka sabse bada headache hota hai wires ka clutter. Mere designs mein, TV units sirf sundar nahi dikhte, par unke peeche poori wiring concealed hoti hai. Hum marble-finish panels aur fluted louvers use karte hain taaki aapka space clean aur hotel jaisa lage, cables aur switchboards easily hide ho jayein.
Aapka living room ghar ka sabse important part hai, aur humara goal hai ise functional aur open banana. Many clients worry about the space feeling cramped when adding partitions or storage, but that is where smart design comes in.
In our Gurgaon and Patel Nagar projects, we used slim partitions to separate the living and kitchen areas without blocking the flow of light. These partitions act as a breakfast counter too, giving you dual utility. For the TV wall, we move away from bulky cabinets. We use fluted panels or marble-finish laminates with floating consoles to create that signature look. If you have an open floor plan, we match the false ceiling profiles across the dining and living areas to make the house feel one size larger. We do not just put up furniture; we solve the storage problem with custom niches and smart console designs that blend perfectly into the wall.
