About Inside Our Salsa Classes
We keep the pressure low and the energy high, so you won't be standing awkwardly against a wall. Every Sunday, we rotate partners during class, which means you get to meet everyone in the group rather than getting stuck with just one person. Plus, we teach the 'Rueda de Casino' style, where we dance in a circle and switch partners to the beat, making the learning process feel more like a party than a classroom.

What We Cover
- Foundation & Technique: We start with the basics of 4/4 timing, ensuring you understand the lead and follow signals.
- Salsa Shines: These are your solo footwork patterns. Learning them helps you express yourself and connect better with the music when you're not in a closed dance position.
- Rueda de Casino: This is our signature style. It’s a Cuban form where dancers form a circle and switch partners on the caller's signal. It’s incredibly social and the best way to get comfortable dancing with different people.
- Body Isolations: We spend time working on fluid movement, helping you add style and character to your basic steps.
