Picking the right product from a long list can feel overwhelming, but skincare does not have to be complicated. Most of my regulars start with a simple 3-step CTM kit because consistency works better than complex, 10-step routines. If you have specific concerns like active breakouts or tanning, I often suggest adding my herbal gels or packs to your daily wash. Tell me your skin type, and I will help you pick what actually works for you.
I started SaiBariya to bring the wisdom of patti vaithiyam (grandmother’s remedies) to your daily life without the fancy price tags or hidden chemicals. When you look through this collection, remember that nature takes time. My products are free from parabens, sulphates, and silicones, making them safe for long-term use on Indian skin.
How to build your routine
- For Daily Glow: My CTM kits are the foundation. They cover the basics—cleansing, toning, and moisturizing—without stripping your natural oils.
- For Targeted Issues: If you are dealing with acne, my Kuppaimeni soap and Tea Tree gels are formulated to control excess oil and inflammation. For pigmentation or sun tan, my Kumkumadi oil and Nalangu Maavu are traditional staples that really help brighten the complexion.
- For Body & Feet: We often focus too much on the face. My Saffron and Henna lotions are perfect for evening out skin tone on your arms and neck, while the Crystal Jelly Foot Spa kit is a great weekend treat for tired, cracked heels.
