Celebrating Tennis Tournament Wins and Career Milestones

Every trophy is the result of thousands of hours on the court and the right preparation off it. Here are some of the moments that define my journey as a professional tennis player.

Celebrating a W35 doubles title with my partner Hiroko Kuwata. I'm so blessed to have these moments and a great team supporting me.

A selfie with our trophies after a great week of tennis. I'm so grateful for my partner, my team, and my family for their constant belief in me.

A runner-up finish at the W75 doubles in Evansville. Even when you don't win, reaching a final is an achievement to be proud of, and I'm thankful for the week.

Holding the singles title trophy at the SoCal Pro Series. Winning this event without dropping a set was a great feeling and a testament to my preparation.

Posing with my trophy at The Jack Kramer Club. It's an honor to win at a place with so much tennis history.

Another shot with my trophy in front of the club's logo. I'm very grateful for this victory and the hard work that went into it.

About this collection

Winning at the professional level isn't just about the match, it's about the 48 hours of carb loading and electrolyte management I handle beforehand. When I walk onto the court, I need to know my body won't fail me, and that starts with the specific fueling strategy I’ve built over years of competing at tournaments like the W35 and the SoCal Pro Series.

The wins, like the W35 doubles title in the Dominican Republic or the SoCal Pro Series singles win, are just the surface of a much longer process. What you don’t see in these photos is the nutrition plan that keeps me going during back-to-back matches in extreme heat or the mental conditioning I use to stay focused when the score is tight.

I bring this same approach to the players I coach at the PBI Bangalore Academy and beyond. I don't give generic advice. If we work together, we look at your current training intensity, your gut health, and your specific goals. Whether it's planning your pre-match meals, adjusting your hydration, or figuring out which supplements actually aid recovery, we build a system that works for your unique needs. Tennis is a long journey, and having the right tools to manage your energy and recover faster makes all the difference.

My coaching focuses on:

  • Technique and aggressive baseline play.
  • Nutrition guidance tailored to your training schedule.
  • Mental toughness, including meditation and visualization techniques.

Getting your athlete meal planning right takes trial and error. I have the firsthand experience to help you figure out your own best path to performance.
