Earthy Retreats in Coorg
I design homes in Coorg that are born from the land itself, using local laterite, timber, and terracotta to create spaces for slow living. These retreats are woven into the forest, with wrap-around verandas and large openings that blur the line between inside and out, inviting in the sights and sounds of the Western Ghats.
Modern Urban Sanctuaries
In dense urban settings like Delhi and Gurgaon, I create serene sanctuaries that connect with nature, even on a compact plot. These homes feature innovative forms, such as the 'Tree House' with its metal canopy, and thoughtful renovations that transform dated structures into light-filled, flowing spaces with a quiet, modern luxury.
Sculptural Details & Materiality
I believe that the soul of a space is revealed in its details and the honesty of its materials. This collection showcases bespoke elements like sculptural staircases, custom metalwork, and the interplay of textures like stone, wood, and plaster that create a rich, sensory experience.
Public & Community Architecture
My design philosophy extends to public spaces, where I focus on creating sustainable and resonant environments for the community. These projects, like the Aravali Amphitheatre and the Samadhaan Hub, utilize upcycled and local materials to build functional, beautiful spaces that serve a greater purpose.
