We believe a birthday should be fun for the parents too. When you hire Rushi Events, you get a full-service experience. We start with custom-built 8ft by 8ft backdrops using flex, artificial green mats, or fabric, tailored to whatever theme your child loves. Whether it is a whimsical butterfly garden or a colorful jungle theme, we build the environment from scratch.

Photography Included

One of the biggest headaches is coordinating a photographer separate from the decor team. Since I manage both, we ensure the lighting works for the camera. We include a candid photographer and videographer who know exactly how to capture the setup and the event flow without getting in your way.

What You Get

• Custom Decor: Organic balloon arches using 600 plus balloons, neon signage, and theme specific props like cycles or swings.
• Lighting: We use LED PAR cans to highlight the stage, so your photos do not look dull.
• Logistics: Whether you are hosting at a banquet hall like The Den Hotel or at your home, we handle the transport, setup, and cleanup.
