Quarterly Grassroots Training
Core Training Module
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat)
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session
- Batch Size: Group training with approx 1:12 coach ratio
- Curriculum: Focus on ball mastery, dribbling mechanics, and coordination
Facilities & Coaching
- Coaches: AIFF 'D' or 'C' License certified professionals
- Surface: 30-40mm artificial turf for safety
- Feedback: Verbal feedback and end-of-quarter progress updates
Additional Notes
- Registration: One-time fee or kit purchase may be required for new joiners
- Exposure: Internal friendly matches played on weekends

Namaskara, we’re Rush Football Academy. Most of us started kicking balls on muddy grounds—no fancy shoes, no coach, just pure love for football. That’s why we built Rush. It’s not just about football, it’s about seeing kids change—like a boy glued to TV now chasing the ball, or a mom feeling younger cheering from the sidelines. We celebrate together, we chat, we grow. Here, every player’s journey matters, and we’re all in it, like family.
