Elite Academy Season Package (10 Months)
Coaching & Schedule
- Duration: 10-month active season (July to April).
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week, lasting 90-120 minutes each.
- Staff: Training led by AFC 'A' and 'C' License certified coaches.
- Focus: Position-specific drills, tactical movement, and discipline.
Tech & Equipment
- Smart Hardware: Includes 1 Flickit Smart Football with embedded AI sensors.
- Software: Full subscription to Flickit App for performance data tracking.
- Apparel: 2 full sets of Rush Academy jerseys and shorts (Dry-fit).
- Extras: 2 pairs of football stockings.
Competition & Scouting
- Volume: Guaranteed exposure to 30+ 11-a-side competitive matches.
- Leagues: Covers entry fees for KSFA Youth Leagues, DPDL, and private tournaments.

Senior Squad Monthly Training (U21 & Open)

- Venue: Access to full-sized professional turfs (SAI Kengeri or Rush Arena).
Career Advancement
- Selection: Continuous assessment for Rush FC (BDFA C-Division) squad spots.

What This Is
We built this pathway for players who want to make football their life. If you’re looking for a shortcut or just want to play for fun, this isn’t for you. But if you’re serious and ready to put in the work, this is the place where your journey can start.
How Trials Work
It all kicks off with our open trials. We don’t care about flashy skills for the camera - we’re watching for fighters, grit, and those who never give up, even when legs are gone. Your basics, your head for the game, and how you handle pressure matter most. And yeah, you gotta respect the coaches and teammates - no drama.
Your Path Forward
- If you make it, you join our elite youth teams (from U9 to U21) and train hard, year-round.
- You play in top youth leagues like KSFA YPL, getting used to real competitive league football experience.
- Prove yourself, and you move into senior football with us in BDFA C Division - this is where the game gets real.
- The top of the ladder is our A-Division squad. That’s where scouts actually watch, and a professional pathway isn’t just talk.
How We Train
Our coaches have seen it all and keep it real. Sessions are tough, at least 3 times a week over 10 months - if you’re not ready for that, no point. We focus on making you a complete athlete: strength, recovery, nutrition, and even video feedback with tech like Flickit Smart Football for real-time tactical insights.
Why It’s Worth It
We don’t promise magic, but we put you in the mix where scouts from big leagues show up - Bundesliga scouts have picked our players before. You bring discipline and effort, we give you the platform. The rest is up to you.

My Story
Namaskara, we’re Rush Football Academy. Most of us started kicking balls on muddy grounds—no fancy shoes, no coach, just pure love for football. That’s why we built Rush. It’s not just about football, it’s about seeing kids change—like a boy glued to TV now chasing the ball, or a mom feeling younger cheering from the sidelines. We celebrate together, we chat, we grow. Here, every player’s journey matters, and we’re all in it, like family.
