I turn empty restaurant walls and hotel ceilings into stories. From moody, botanical staircases to gold-leaf frescoes, I create spaces that make people linger a little longer.

The entire facade of this restaurant is a hand-painted celebration of Maharashtra's native foliage. I blended colorful bougainvillea, seasonal Jarul, and other local flora with traditional architectural shapes to create a vibrant and welcoming entrance.

This hand-painted floral mural wraps around the restaurant's staircase, creating a continuous journey of discovery. I used a mix of poppies, tulips, and other wildflowers against a dark background to build a sense of moody, botanical wonder.

Looking up from the dining table, you see a modern fresco of juicy pomegranates and lilies. I was inspired by classical ceiling art but wanted to give it a fresh, vibrant feel that adds drama and a topic of conversation to the dining experience.

These arched panels, hand-painted with stylized tulips and irises against a gold-leaf background, bring a touch of artistry to the restaurant's seating area. They act as windows into a timeless garden, complementing the rich red of the upholstery.

As part of a larger installation celebrating regional culture, these Kathakali figures stand as a tribute to the art of storytelling. Their intricate costumes and expressive forms bring a powerful sense of tradition and performance into the space.

For a hotel in the Nilgiri hills, I created a series of artworks capturing the region's unique birdlife. This collection features pheasants and yellow-rumped warblers, hand-painted on canvas scrolls to reflect the natural beauty of Coonoor.

These large, circular art pieces were created for a boutique hotel in Goa, blending underwater life with local flora. Here, a jellyfish and a sea turtle are reimagined with floral elements, all set against a shimmering gold-leaf background.

For a coffee shop, I created a series of charming, minimalist illustrations capturing the simple joys of coffee culture. This one shows two friends on a bike ride, a perfect moment sponsored by a good cup of coffee.

A behind-the-scenes look at the creation of a three-dimensional ceiling mural. Here you can see the large, individually painted floral elements being assembled, showing the scale and craft involved in making the art come to life.

About Restaurant & Hospitality Art

When I paint for a restaurant, I am not just decorating a wall. I am working with your architecture. Before a single brushstroke, I study your venue's lighting and traffic flow to ensure the art does not just sit there. It breathes with the space. Whether it is a staircase mural that guides guests or a gold-leaf fresco that anchors your dining area, my process involves on-site sampling to see exactly how your ambient lighting interacts with the pigments and textures.
