About Studio & Portfolio Looks

When you browse through my studio work, you are seeing the actual result of my skin-first philosophy. I use high-end products like Huda Beauty and NARS to create a finish that looks like real skin, not a filter. These photos highlight how I handle studio lighting to ensure that whether you choose a soft, glowing look or a bold, dramatic style, you look just as stunning in high-definition photography as you do in person.

Building a portfolio is not just about showing pretty pictures. For me, it is about demonstrating range and technical consistency. When you are planning your wedding makeup, you need to know that your artist can adapt to your specific face shape, outfit, and the lighting of your venue.

Why Studio Looks Matter

These images represent the practice sessions and editorial work I do to stay sharp. Unlike a real wedding where time is tight, these shoots allow me to focus on the finer details: the perfect cut crease, the exact placement of a wing, or how to contour without creating harsh lines.

My Technical Approach

  • Skin Prep: Every look starts with CTM using premium serums like Pixi or Estée Lauder. If the base is not hydrated, the makeup will never sit right.
  • Base Finish: For studio and portrait work, I focus on HD long-wear bases. I avoid heavy layering that cakes up under high-power lights.
  • Eyes & Features: Whether it is a halo, a cut crease, or a smokey eye, I use heavily pigmented palettes that hold their vibrancy.

Seeing these diverse styles helps you visualize what you might want. Maybe you fall in love with the glass skin base from a shoot, or you decide you want to try a bolder lip color than you usually wear. I encourage all my brides to use these portfolios as a conversation starter. If you see a look here that catches your eye, tell me. We can replicate it or tweak it to match your personal style and wedding theme.
