I treat your saree with the same care I give to my own. Depending on your needs, I offer two distinct methods:

Box Folding: This is my go-to for travel. I fold your pre-pleated saree into a compact square. This saves massive luggage space and keeps the pleats protected from shifting during transit. It is perfect if you are heading to a destination wedding or shipping your sarees to me from another city.

Hanger Folding: If you have time to hang your saree before the event, this is the best choice. It keeps the pleats fluffy and full, ensuring the fabric breathes. It makes getting ready so much faster because the pleats are already set, ironed, and pinned.

The Process

Every saree goes through a specific workflow to ensure the pleats survive the journey:

• Fabric Assessment: I check the weave—whether it is a heavy Kanchipuram or a soft silk—to set the right steam iron heat.
• Custom Measurements: I pleat according to your specific height and waist size. This means zero tugging on the day of the event.
• Securing: I use strategic, rust-proof safety pins to lock the pleats. This ensures the silhouette stays sharp from the morning ritual to the evening reception.
