Our Coaches: The Mentors Behind the Game
At Royal Rangers FC, we believe a coach is much more than an instructor. Our team is here to build your child's confidence, technical skills, and love for the beautiful game, one session at a time.

About Our Coaches: The Mentors Behind the Game
We maintain a coaching ratio of approximately 15 to 20 students per coach. This setup ensures that every child receives specific, actionable feedback on their agility, balance, and coordination during each 60 to 75-minute session, preventing any player from getting lost in the crowd on the turf.
Our coaching philosophy is built on the belief that mindset determines performance. Whether we are conducting grassroots training for U-7s or high-intensity tactical drills for our Elite Competitive Squad, our goal is the same: to foster discipline and team spirit. At our facilities in The BallPark, Palam Vihar, and the JMC Centre, Chanakyapuri, our staff—led by our Technical Director and senior coaches—prioritize the 'ABC' method of development.
We focus on essential core skills like dribbling, passing, and ball control, but we also run post-match debriefs to help players process both wins and losses. We know that every child develops at a different pace, which is why our curriculum is split into clear age groups from U-7 through U-14. This structure ensures that beginners gain a solid foundation while more advanced players are pushed to improve their positional awareness and set-piece routines.
Our coaches lead by example, often joining in on drills to demonstrate proper form rather than just shouting instructions from the sidelines. By mixing serious technical work with small-sided games and team huddles, we make sure training is rigorous but always engaging. We aren't just building better players; we are building a supportive community where kids learn to pick themselves up after a setback, stay hungry for the next match, and play with heart.
