When we shoot by the river, we focus on two specific windows: the early morning sunrise, when the mist is still over the water, or the golden hour right before sunset when the light softens against the mountain peaks.

The Locations We Cover

Rishikesh has distinct zones, and we typically split our riverside shoots across three of them to give you variety:

• The Sandy Banks (Goa Beach/Shivpuri): These areas are perfect for candid, playful shots. Because the ground is uneven, we suggest footwear that you can easily take off. We often bring props here—like umbrellas or light smoke effects—to add depth to the open space.
• The Historic Ghats: This is where we capture the traditional, spiritual vibe. The architecture here is dramatic, but it can be busy. We recommend early weekday mornings for these shots to ensure we get that clean, empty-frame look.
• Suspension Bridges: While iconic, these require steady feet. We use these for cinematic wider shots that show the scale of the river valley and the surrounding hills.
