Competition Training for WRO & IRO Robotics Olympiads
Getting ready for the Indian Robotics Olympiad or World Robot Olympiad? We provide specialized training programs that help students master coding, robot design, and strategic thinking for national and international stages.
Students at our North Bangalore center are deep in concentration as they prepare their robots for the World Robot Olympiad national round. This hands-on practice is crucial for mastering the competition challenges.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Students collaborate to assemble the various game elements for the World Robot Olympiad, a fun and essential part of understanding the competition's objectives.
Every detail matters in competition. Here, students carefully review the instructions on a tablet while building game elements for the World Robot Olympiad, ensuring accuracy and learning to follow technical diagrams.
Young innovators at our North Bangalore Centre are gearing up for the Indian Robotics Olympiad 2025. They are seen here collaborating on their robot for the Techies category, combining building and programming skills.
The first step to joining our competitive robotics team is the entrance test. This video shows students at Vidyashilp Academy, Bagalur, and Banashankari campuses taking the test for the Indian Robotics Olympiad.
A glimpse into the dynamic environment of our Indian Robotics Olympiad training. Students are seen testing their robots on the official game mats, making adjustments to their code and design based on performance.
We are proud to partner with Farmizen for the Indian Robotics Olympiad 2024. This collaboration brings real-world agricultural challenges into the competition, providing students with relevant and practical problems to solve.
The Indian Robotics Olympiad (IRO) is a premier national competition we prepare our students for. It provides a platform for them to apply their robotics, programming, and problem-solving skills in a competitive setting.
A team of students strategizes around the competition table during an Indian Robotics Olympiad orientation at our Whitefield center. These sessions are designed to introduce the challenges and inspire participation.
We had a fantastic turnout for our Indian Robotics Olympiad orientation at the North Bangalore center. Parents and students gathered to learn about the competition and see our training facilities firsthand.
About Competition Training: WRO & IRO
Competition isn't just about building the fastest robot, it is about reading the game board correctly. We focus heavily on game-mat strategy, teaching students how to calibrate sensors for precision and code efficient loops so their bot stays on task under pressure. Whether your child is aiming for the IRO or the WRO, our training mimics real competition environments to build the focus they need.
Competing in the Indian Robotics Olympiad (IRO) and World Robot Olympiad (WRO) offers more than just a trophy. It puts classroom theory to the test. Our training program is built around the actual game requirements released for each year's season.
We start by breaking down the complex challenge maps. Students are not just building; they are learning to handle motor torque, ultrasonic sensor precision, and color calibration, which is the technical heavy lifting required to solve mission tasks accurately. We run sessions that mirror competition conditions, which helps students manage time pressure and troubleshoot their code when things go wrong during a run.
Our curriculum for competitive robotics is designed for students who want to go beyond the basics. We cover:
- Game Strategy: Reading task requirements and prioritizing missions for maximum points.
- Advanced Coding: Using block-based or text-based programming to create fluid, reliable robot movement.
- Engineering Design: Building robust robots that can navigate obstacles without losing structural integrity.
We conduct these training sessions at our dedicated centers in North Bangalore (Jakkur) and Whitefield. Our teams are consistently prepared for national-level scrutiny, focusing on teamwork as much as technical skill. If your child is ready to move from a hobbyist to a competitive robotics athlete, our mentors are here to guide them through the rigorous process of preparing for these elite tournaments.
ROBO-G
We started ROBO-G to see kids get excited about the science behind the machines. We help students navigate the technical hurdles of WRO and IRO, making the competition season a time for growth rather than stress. Our centers in Jakkur and Whitefield are designed as collaborative workspaces where kids learn to code and build together.
